Scheduled - Dear Partners,
One of our external providers in Saudi Arabia is conducting urgent maintenance on 31 July, from 00:00 to 06:00 KSA time.
Tabby stays online throughout. Checkout remains available and orders keep going through - no action is required on your side.
During this window, some purchases in Saudi Arabia may not be approved, so you may notice a slightly lower approval rate for a few hours overnight. All other customers continue to check out and pay with Tabby as usual.
Not affected: the UAE and Kuwait, and all captures, refunds, settlements and reporting.
Please keep Tabby enabled at your checkout - switching it off would also block the orders we can process normally during this window.
Our team is monitoring the maintenance and will restore full availability as soon as possible, potentially earlier than 06:00. Thank you for your understanding.

Resolved - Hello,
On 30 July 2026, between 12:50 and 13:05 (UAE time), some customers in the UAE and Kuwait may have experienced issues completing checkout with BNPL and Tabby Card.
The issue has been resolved and checkout is operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment Issue Due to MPGS Outage (KSA)
Resolved - Between 20:10 and 22:35 SAU time, the MPGS service experienced an issue affecting the KSA cluster only, which caused some customers to be unable to complete installment or down payment transactions.
Although payments were rejected on our side during this period, funds may still appear as deducted from the customer's account.
At this time, the issue on MPSG's end has been resolved.
