Tabby app closing unexpectedly on iPhone

Identified - Since 00:41 UTC on September 29, some customers using the Tabby app on iPhone may see the app close unexpectedly shortly after opening it. This can interrupt in-app purchase confirmation during checkout. The issue is caused by a third-party component used by many iOS apps, and the provider is working on a fix.

SSL Certificate Renewal for 'tabby.ai' (Production)

Scheduled - Tabby will renew the public SSL certificate for 'tabby.ai' (UAE endpoints, including api.tabby.ai and checkout.tabby.ai) on 22 September 2026 at 08:00 UTC.

No action is required for most partners. This change only affects partners whose production integrations use SSL certificate pinning. If your integration does not pin Tabby certificates, no changes are needed. No downtime is expected.

For affected partners, the renewed certificate must be added before the rotation time to avoid connectivity issues. The certificate chain (DigiCert Global G2) is unchanged. The new certificate is valid from 7 September 2026 to 24 March 2027.

The certificate for 'tabby.sa' (KSA endpoints) was already renewed on 9 September 2026 and requires no further action.
